The impact of components in silver pastes on the conduction mechanism in c-Si solar cells Si/ Ag gridline contacts

Fire through dielectric contact has been the lowest cost approach of fabricating the commercial silicon solar cells. The components of silver pastes after firing can affect the current transport mechanism in the front contact and the contact resistivity. As a result, the modified photofront silver metal paste can be applied to reduce the total series resistance.
